We are experts in raising flying instruction standards to a very high level, so right now, with the "Reach Higher" scheme, we are offering flight instructor group coaching days for up to 10 people at a time and also personal coaching sessions during live flying for instructors that wish to really take their instruction to the next level. On top of that, in the future we aim to offer a unique opportunity for ATOs to gain a competitive edge when they send their most talented instructors to gain advanced instructor accreditation over and above the basic CAA/EASA/FAA Flight Instructor ratings (coming soon...)
